This table displays all datasheets which are currently locked, that is those which are currently being edited by another user. By selecting the checkbox in the "Select to Unlock" column, and then clicking the Apply Changes button, a datasheet can be unlocked, providing access for another user. This may be necessary for example, if a user forgets to close the datasheet after use, while another urgently needs to make some changes or download the product information. It is possible to select and unlock several datasheets at the same time.
The previous user will notice that the datasheet refreshes and is then displayed in read-only mode.
